SpecifyMedia LLC provides iGaming traffic intelligence, player segmentation data, and geo-targeting services to licensed operators, affiliate networks, and institutional partners. Access to our services is by invitation or approved application only. Submitting an enquiry does not constitute a service agreement.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and represent a legally registered business entity to use our services. By engaging with SpecifyMedia LLC, you confirm that your business operates in compliance with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction, including gambling and advertising regulations.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Site or our services for any unlawful purpose
  • Misrepresent your identity, business, or licensing status
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or copy proprietary data or methodologies
  • Use our services to target individuals in jurisdictions where iGaming is prohibited
  • Transmit malicious code or interfere with Site infrastructure
5. Intellectual Property

6. Confidentiality

Any proprietary data, pricing, methodology, or partner information shared by SpecifyMedia LLC in the course of a business relationship is confidential. Recipients agree not to disclose such information to third parties without written authorization.

7. Disclaimers

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sheridan County, Wyoming.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect upon posting to this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
